Frontrow.com, is an independent company
engaged in the business of buying and selling premium and "sold out"
tickets for all concert, theatre and sporting events worldwide. We are
not affiliated with any, artist, promoter, sports team, agent, box
office, theatre or venue. Any reference to specific events herein is
made only for the clear identification and reference for potential
clients of FRONTROW.COM, and reference to a specific event or use of
photographs is not intended to imply nor should it be understood or
assumed that FRONTROW.COM is endorsed by, sponsored by, approved by or
otherwise affiliated with the organizers and/or sponsors of events
referenced herein unless expressed otherwise. All rights reserved. All
trademarks and logos used herein copyright of their respective owners.
The price printed on the ticket will not equal the sale price, which
reflects the cost of finding and obtaining premium or sold out seating.
Shipping costs and a service charge will be added to the total sale
price on all orders.
FRONTROW.COM is not responsible for theft, loss, delay, destruction (do
not leave tickets in direct sunlight or excessive heat) or displacement
of any tickets. FRONT ROW.COM is not responsible for any changes in
event performers, times/schedules and venue/stage configurations.
Furthermore, we are not responsible for the delivery results of tickets
mailed, expressed delivered, couriered or left at will call. Buyer
agrees not to hold Front Row .COM. liable for any acts of God.
For postponed/rescheduled events, no exchanges, or refunds will be
made, tickets are valid for the new date. If the event is cancelled,
purchaser must return the tickets within 10 days of cancelled event to
receive credit for a future event - no refunds. There are no
cancellations, refunds, or exchanges regarding this sale. All sales are
final.
All tickets are irreplaceable regardless of the reason.
All payments to FrontRow.com, including deposits, are non-refundable
Spectator Provision: Event tickets are subject to all rules and regulations of Germany World Cup ‘06 as imposed on spectators.
Payment: Payment in full is required at time of order. Pricing on each ticket depends on the popularity of the event and the capacity of the venue.
Responsibility: Purchaser, by acceptance of the tickets, agrees that FrontRow.com and/or its suppliers shall not be liable for any injury, damage, loss, accident, delay or irregularity, liability or expense to person or property due to any act or default of any hotel, carrier, restaurant, company or person providing or rendering any of those services. FrontRow.com and its agents and suppliers accept no responsibility for any damage, delay, irregularity, expense or liability arising from sickness, pilferage, labor dispute, machinery breakdown, quarantine, government restrains, war, act of terrorism, weather conditions, defect in any vehicle or transportation or for any misadventure or causality or any other cause beyond their control. Any and all losses or expenses will be borne by the Purchaser. All accommodations, services and facilities are subject to the laws of the countries to which the accommodations, services and facilities are provided. Delivery of Tickets: FrontRow.com is not responsible for theft, loss, delay, destruction or misplacement of any tickets mailed, express delivered, hand-delivered or theft at any will-call. All tickets are irreplaceable regardless of the reason. Purchaser agrees to the delivery method indicate above. If delivery is by Fedex, DHL or any other secured courier, Purchaser agrees that confirmation of delivery by the secured courier to the shipping address listed above is confirmation of delivery and FrontRow.com will not be held responsible for the theft, loss, delay, destruction or misplacement of those tickets. FrontRow.com will notify Purchaser of the exact scheduled delivery date. In the event the tickets are not delivered by the secured courier, Purchaser must notify FrontRow.com within 2 days of the scheduled delivery date so that FrontRow.com can notify the authorities and have FIFA cancel the lost tickets. FrontRow.com is a private for profit company and is not affiliated or endorsed by FIFA, 2006 FIFA World Cup Germany, German Football Association (“DFB”) or any box office .
